Opéra Saint Étienne

Simplicity in design is sometimes misunderstood as laziness, but often times it is exactly the opposite. It’s hard to communicate with “less”, so as soon as I saw the logo for Opéra Saint Étienne, I applauded the agency behind it. They were spot on, which struck instant inspiration behind this brand ident. With this piece I bring the Opera’s logo to life with simple and rhythmic animation, creating something that adds to, rather than detracts from their brand.
